General Rules and Regulations
Payment and Refunds >Vendors may receive a full refund by October 1st, 2018. A 50% deposit is required during the initial booth purchase. No refunds after November 1, 2018. Full payment must be received by February 15th 2019.
Space Rental and Assignment Location >Booth assignment location is ultimately decided by the TriDEx staff, however we will attempt to give you your preferred booth location.
Use of Space >Booths SHALL NOT BE SHARED by multiple companies. Each booth must sell their manufactured or trade goods given to them based on a regular business agenda. Companies or organizations without a vendor space are not permitted to sell anything within the convention center.
Badges and Exhibitor Employees >Badges are not interchangeable. Exhibitor will be permitted to enter the Exhibit Hall during setup, operation hours and breakdown. At least one employee must be present during the operation hours of the conference.
Installation and Removal >Exhibitors must complete their setup procedures by the time the convention opens. Early breakdown is not permitted.
Storage of Crates and Boxes >Exhibitors may store boxes and crates in their booth as long as they are completely concealed.
Age Requirement >Show workers must be 16 years or older. No one under 16 years of age will be allowed in the exhibit hall during setup and breakdown times. ID will be required.
Operation of Displays >
No selling of literature outside of designated booth.
Well-behaved dogs are permitted.
Amplified sound must not be distracting.
It is solely up to the exhibitor to receive any licenses to sell, distribute, display and perform any copyrighted material. The TriDEx and Purina management teams are not responsible for the failure of an exhibitor to obtain these licenses.
Other Regulations >Any and all matters not specifically covered by the preceding rules and regulations shall be subject solely to the decision of Exhibition Management.
THE SHOW MANAGEMENT SHALL HAVE FULL POWER TO INTERPRET, AMEND, AND ENFORCE THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS. EXHIBITORS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES WHO FAIL TO OBSERVE THESE CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT OR WHO, IN THE OPINION OF SHOW MANAGEMENT, CONDUCT THEMSELVES UNETHICALLY MAY IMMEDIATELY BE DISMISSED FROM THE EXHIBIT AREA WITHOUT REFUND OR OTHER APPEAL.
